Skylight Installation and Repair in the Bay Area

ROOF EXPRESS is a certified VELUX skylight installer serving the entire Bay Area. Skylights transform dark interior spaces by bringing natural daylight into kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, stairwells, and living areas. They reduce electricity costs, improve ventilation, and add significant value to your home. Our skylight installers are factory-trained to ensure watertight installation and maximum product performance.

Skylight Products

We install the full line of VELUX skylights including fixed skylights for rooms that need light without ventilation, manual venting skylights for natural airflow, electric and solar-powered venting skylights with rain sensors, VELUX Sun Tunnel tubular skylights for smaller spaces, and custom-size skylights for unique architectural applications. Applicable VELUX product and installation warranty terms depend on the selected product, installation, and eligibility requirements; we document them before work begins.

Skylight Services

Our skylight services include new installation on existing roofs, skylight replacement during roof replacement projects, leaking skylight repair and flashing replacement, curb-mount to deck-mount conversions, and interior finishing including drywall, light shafts, and trim.
