Complete Roof Replacement in the Bay Area

ROOF EXPRESS provides full roof replacement and re-roofing services across all 64 Bay Area cities we serve. Eligible systems may include up to 50 years of manufacturer/material coverage, separate from ROOF EXPRESS's 25-year workmanship warranty for qualifying new roof installations. The selected product eligibility, registration, exclusions, and both coverage terms are documented in the written contract. We handle every aspect of the project from initial inspection through final cleanup, including building permits, city inspections, and warranty documentation.

Replacement Process

Our roof replacement process includes complete tear-off of all existing roofing materials down to the deck, thorough deck inspection with repair or replacement of any damaged sheathing, installation of synthetic underlayment and ice and water shield in critical areas, precise installation of your chosen roofing material, replacement of all flashings including drip edge, step flashing, and counter flashing, ventilation upgrades as needed for code compliance, and thorough property cleanup with magnetic nail sweeps.

Roofing Systems We Install

We install architectural asphalt shingles with product-specific warranty terms, 3-tab economy shingles for budget-conscious projects, concrete and clay tile for Mediterranean and mission-style homes, standing seam and corrugated metal roofing, flat roof membranes including TPO, modified bitumen, and EPDM, and synthetic slate and shake that replicate natural materials. Most residential replacements are completed in 2 to 3 days depending on roof size and complexity.
