Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract before work begins. All pricing includes labor, materials, permits, cleanup, and disposal unless otherwise noted.
All roofing work is performed under CSLB License #1072766 in compliance with California contractor licensing regulations and local building codes. We carry full general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We handle all required building permits and schedule city inspections as part of every project. Manufacturer warranty registration is completed upon project completion for eligible installations.
