Before the final roofing material is installed, we verify proper installation of underlayment, ice and water shield in critical areas, all flashing components, drip edge, and ventilation. This mid-point verification catches any issues before they are covered by the finished roof. Photos are taken and documented for our records and the homeowner's file.
After installation is complete, our crew leader conducts a final walk-around audit checking ridge cap alignment, pipe boot seals, drip edge termination, valley flashing, step flashing, and overall aesthetics. Ground-level cleanup is verified with a magnetic nail sweep of the entire property. A completion report with photos is provided to the homeowner along with warranty registration documents.
